Yes! All our labels are printed with eco-friendly, non-toxic inks that are completely safe for children. Our fabric name stamps use permanent, non-toxic ink that's safe on clothing after a 48-hour drying period.

What's the difference between stick-on and iron-on labels?

Stick-on labels are pre-cut waterproof stickers perfect for water bottles, lunch boxes, rulers, and books. Iron-on labels are heat-activated and bond directly to fabric, making them ideal for uniforms and linens. We also offer stitch-on labels for delicate fabrics that can't handle heat.

Do your stamps need ink pads?

No! We use advanced Flash Stamp technology, meaning no messy ink pads are required. Every stamp comes pre-inked and ready to use. Our fabric name stamps provide permanent impressions that stay vivid even after multiple washes.

Can I customize fonts and add icons?

Absolutely! All our products are customizable with bold fonts and whimsical icons at no extra cost. Choose from a variety of options to match your personality and make each item uniquely yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept M-PESA as our payment method. Simply complete your order and you'll receive instructions for making payment via M-PESA.

Do you deliver nationwide in Kenya?

Yes! We proudly serve customers all across Kenya. Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 1-3 business days, while delivery to other areas takes 3-5 business days.
